Carpenter HelperAs our Carpenter Helper, you will support skilled carpenters and project teams by preparing materials, operating hand and power tools, assisting with layout and measurements, and helping maintain a safe and productive jobsite.You will perform a variety of construction support tasks, including material preparation, tool operation, layout assistance, material handling, and housekeeping activities. You will also help ensure that work areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free while supporting project quality standards and safe work practices.As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, expand your trade knowledge, and further develop your carpentry skills through hands-on learning and mentorship. There is a constant lifting of 10 lbs., frequent lifting of 25 lbs. and maximum single person lifting of 50 lbs. For items over 50 lbs. get assistance from a co worker. Team members must be able to climb on light or heavy equipment, carry and use hand tools. There is standing up to seven hours of an eight-hour shift.
