It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all deliveries are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. Currently, we are looking to fill part-time & full-time driving positions in Toledo, Ohio. Qualified Applicants are Encouraged to Apply.Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Associate Responsibilities:Box Truck Operation by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through parking lots and terminals in all weather conditions, and deliver loads safely and punctuallyYou can plan on working about 4-5 days a week, in an 8-10 hour shiftFollow strict safety standards on and off the roadSolve problems independently using critical thinking skillsHave a positive can-do attitudeOperate an electronic device for GPS and daily recordsYou will interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive mannerNon-CDL Driver Requirements: We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and the terminals of customers. Our main priority is drivers that we can trust to drive safely and deliver on time.Be 21 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safetyHave a valid driver's license within the state of employmentConsent to a drug test, MVR and background checkBe able to operate and navigate a Box Truck, weighing 26,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle)Be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds during an 8-10 hour work shiftAppropriately handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditionsDemonstrate strong communication skillsMust accept text messages from Company managers and other authorized Company employees regarding your schedule, performance, and other Company matters on your personal cell phoneWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
