POSITION OVERVIEW:The Department Area Supervisor assists the Store Manager in managing and controlling the operations of the store to ensure that company standards and expectations are consistently met; supervises areas assigned by the Store Manager and follows the dd’s DISCOUNTS philosophy and policies research to customers, Associates, and merchandising. Responsible for learning all phases of store operations.
